How to Book Your Session:

1. Explore our coaching services and choose the package that aligns with your goals.
2. Select a convenient time for your sessions from our online calendar.
3. Complete a brief questionnaire to help me better understand your objectives.
4. Receive a confirmation and prepare to embark on your coaching journey!
5. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID “EMAIL” ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AS YOU WILL BE SENT A ZOOM LINK TO JOIN YOUR UPCOMING SESSIONS
6. No rollover sessions if you miss calls
7. Coaching Calls are approximately  30 mins /1 hr over “Zoom” depending on your needs. Make sure to book the right one!
