FITTOATIBYTII believes that customer service should be honest and effortless. NO refunds are expected, exchanges are absolutely understandable if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped. To start the exchange process, please send an email to with your order number. From there we will advise you with an exchange process and instructions. Items must be unworn and in the original packaging. All exchanges must be made within 7 business days of the date they were delivered. FITTOATIBYTII does NOT cover any return shipping costs. We only accept returns for items purchased through our website.
