Shipping Policy

Payments

All payments are made by multiple choices at the checkout. Shipping days are on Mondays and Wednesdays.
All orders take 3-5 business days to process and pack (estimated lead time after your order has been placed as one week). Weekends and holidays are NOT included. All items are shipped via normal .We do NOT offer express or overnight shipping.

Pre-ordered items take 7-10 business days to process and then ship unless shipping day is listed.

Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs. We are not responsible for any delays, markdowns, lost, stolen or damaged items.

Tracking

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will need to take it to the POST Service. Please make sure your address is correct and up to date! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex, you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your package. We are NOT responsible for errors in addresses.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3pm EST on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship on our shipping days. All orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship.

  1. 1 Day National Shipping: 3.95€ 
  2. 2-3 day National Shipping: 8.95€

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders

All packages from international customers may require additional processing time. TiYamie is NOT responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods. If any FITTOATIBYTII purchase made on fittoatibytii.com is returned to FITTOATIBYTII due to unpaid charges, we will NOT issue a refund and reshipping fees will apply.

     2. 7-15 days International Standart Registed Shipping: 7,50€
